Our Client Check Point System
To keep you informed, we have created a streamlined process with Client Check Points to ensure you are always in the loop. These Client Check Points are established points of contact either in person, over the phone or via email.
The purpose is to:
- establish and discuss project status
- determine level of customization required
- discuss options and potential concerns
- ensure awareness of project budget
These established Client Check Points keep the project moving forward, and ensures proper communication throughout the process. Check Point stages include
- Project Initiation
- Concept Design & Programming (if applicable)
- Project Completion
Prior to commencement of the project, you will be provided with our Check Point brochure, which will allow you to check off items for each Check Point category. This keeps you aware of what is left to do prior to the next Check Point, and what items still may be required from you.
